Can I dock the Row Format dialog box?

I've inherited a document with a ton of long tables, and I need to apply Keep With Next Row frequently. Is there a way to keep the Row Format dialog box open so that I don't have to go to the Table menu every time?

pending a reply to what you actually asked … you could try the keyboard shortcut: Alt+t, f, r, Alt+n, Return

Regrettably, the keyboard shortcuts for whizzing around inside tables seem to have fallen off a couple of versions ago :-{
