I want to place two adjacent tables in one of my framemaker documents. Should I use an anchored frame for this? If yes, how can I place two tables within an anchored frame? Is there any other way to do this? Please help!

Thank You!

A table, can only be placed within a text frame.

An anchored frame can contain text frames.

A graphic frame can also contain text frames.

If you need the tables to be able to move, i.e. if your content steam changes, then placing two text frames in an anchored frame would be the way to go.

If you need the tables to be on a specific page and never to move, then you could use a graphic frame that contains two text frames.

I placed two text-frames (using Graphics > Tools > in Framemaker 11) in an anchored frame and it worked. Thank You!
