Can I set the components of book?

Hello, I'm trying to  make the book with the ditamap

but I have problem now.

for example when I take ditamap and xml files from another person and save these as book component but delete first xml file in ditamap, the files are broken or some errors are occured (changing lines not following original form).
It seems like there is the setting to form making book.

So my question is, is there anyway to set the form of book components?

If I save thes as book 2022 with fm components after I delete 1.xml, results are wrong (it doesn't follow the form of original, like changing lines, using different fonts or master page )
