Can not download update for FM-12

To test localisation of my scripts I want to install FM-12 German version.

For that purupuse I needed to uninstall the currently (running) FM-12 UK version.

I have t he following installation files in my archive:

Build-12.0.0.317 released
Update-12.0.1
Update-12.0.2
Update-12.0.3
Update-12.0.4

Installing 12.0.0.317 (German) is possible - test run OK

Update 12.0.1 reports successful update - test run OK

Update 12.0.2 does not work - "update can not be applied"

Strange enough now update 12.0.1 no more is there - FM is back on verion 12.0.0.317

Hence I wanted to download this update again from www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=22&platform=Windows - but this site is down since quite a while:

Firefox: "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."

Edge: "Hmmm… can't reach this page"

Wherefrom can I get the FM-12 updates?

Since the base installation is OK, I skipped updates 1, 2, 3 and just installed update 4 - which worked. And now I have a German FM 12.0.4.445 ...
