Can not zoom in Apps published out FrameMaker 2019

I am publishing an app from a FrameMaker 2019 book. The process works ok, but I wonder why it is not possible to zoom on the mobile phone screen when the app is installed?.

Would anybody know whether there is a tick box somewhere that I am missing?

Aha! It seems it both a feature in the app AND a feature under Settings on the phone. I missed the "phone" part and now it works excellently
