can't edit hyperlink in RoboHTML 10

When I click on an existing hyperlink and launch the Hyperlink dialog, I can make whatever changes I want, but regardless of whether I make changes or not, when I click "Ok" I get an error beep.  The only way to get of the dialog is the press Cancel and the only way to modify the hyperlink is to do it manually in the HTML view, which I have other problems with (the spacing is odd so I can't see all the characters around the cursor.  It's pretty miserable.)

What's going on?

I thought maybe it was something related to not checking out all the files for the directory, maybe something associated with the files wasn't writeable, but most recently I decided to test it by checking out all the files, recursively, and it still didn't work.

Thoughts?

One minor correction: I thought that I couldn't press Ok even if I didn't change anything, but I just tested that again, and if I don't make changes, I can press Ok.  Otherwise I can't.

Hang on – is this a RH hyperlink or a FM one? Or are you linking FM content to RH?

Can you insert a brand new one with the changes that you wanted to match to the existing one? If not, then I would suspect that there’s some issue with what you’re linking to.

I can insert new links, but since I'm seeing this behavior in multiple pages and in multiple books, I'm not sure what could have gone wrong.  It used to work.
