Can't reply to a post in this community.

I posted two questions in the community, and receives several replies asking for more detailed information.

But when I click the button Reply, the button vanishes and nothing happen afterwards. There is nowhere for me to input words to reply.

I also read the same issues posted by others, but haven't find any solutions.

I have used three browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Sogou Browser). None of them works.

 

Anyone knows how to solve this?

    Is this something new--for example, have you been able to reply in the past?

    Check your browsers' security settings for JavaScript, cookies, pop-ups, etc. 

    Do you have access to another computer to test? (I used three different computers today to post and it worked every time.)

    Are you using a company computer?

    I never use this community before. Just posted two posts several days ago, and never reply to any post sucessfully. (I am now using an email to reply, wish it will work.)

    Are you using a company computer?
    It is my computer, not a company one.

    Check your browsers' security settings for JavaScript, cookies, pop-ups, etc.
    Which detailed settings should I check? I never set special settings for security, just the default settings same to when I download it.
