Can't Save as PDF.

My computer (win7, 64) was just re-imaged. I reinstalled FrameMaker 12. I now have Acrobat DC (rather than X, which I'd used previously). I now can't Save as PDF. How do I fix this?

    Thanks Barb. I appreciate your blog. Today, the normal Save as PDF process worked (I'd been getting an error about not having a pdf instance installed- the print to distiller two step process worked, but not the save as). Today, the problem is cleared up. Maybe it was all background stuff having to do with company upgrades. A mystery. I appreciate your time.
