Can we freeze style in framemaker 2017?

Do we any option of freezing the style in the unstructured .fm files so that, others cannot manipulate them during working. Can anyone help me on this.

    You can't easily "freeze styles" in FrameMaker, but you can modify the user interface to make it more difficult. Here are some articles to check out:
