Can you get the license number from an existing product?

Hi there,

I have Adobe technical suite 3 currently installed on my PC, the IT guys at my company installed it.

My problem is that my pc is up for replacement and the IT guys that installed the Adobe technical suite have moved on and no one has the license numbers. They have apparently vanished into the wind.

So I was thinking, is there a way to get the license information from my existing installment, so i can install the software on my new PC?

Hi Ajit,

I am based in Brisbane, Australia, i tried calling the 1800 number the number was not connected. looking at number, if it is an australian phone number there 1 too many digits in the number.

One of my colleagues, who linked his serial number with his adobe account, has been able to move is Adobe software to his new pc.

Would it be possible to provide a serial number to you to find out who bought the product and how many seats are on that license?

Can i arrange a time to discuss this with you?
