FrameMaker 8 on Windows XP 64 bit

I installed the FM8 trial a couple of weeks ago and today my upgrade arrived, so I installed FM8, complete with license. However, when trying to install the Adobe PDF Creation add-on from disk 2, I get the following message: "Please insert the disk: 1". (The display shows that the file is HelpViewerStrings.dat" at this point.) So I insert disk 1, click 'OK' and get the same message. Clicking 'OK', just displays the message again. When I give up and press 'Cancel' then the install backs out.

XP 64 is not supported. Thinks like drivers are a problem in XP 64. Move
to Vista 64 if you can, many things work much better in Vista 64.
However, I cannot say for sure that all things Frame works well in Vista
64, perhaps someone can chime in.
