Cannot create PDF/X-3, error message

Hi,

Another PDF/X issue.

Currently Distiller has only the PDF/X-3:2002 joboptions. When I create a PostScript file (copyright page with only a single paragraph) and distill this file with these joboptions, I get this error message:

[Violation] Annotations were found inside the BleedBox, TrimBox, or ArtBox on the following pages ...

When I create the PostScript file, I have selected the Adobe PDF printer and Generate Acrobat Data, so that I can select the PDF/X-3 joboptions.

When I deselect Generate Acrobat Data, Distiller creates the PDF without error message. However, then FrameMaker ignores the PDF/X-3 joboptions.
