Cannot initialize API client svg2pdf.dll

Hi group

I've got a ditamap with some 250 referenced SVG files. When I generate a FrameMaker book from my ditamap, I get the following error message:

Cannot initialize API client c:\program files\..\svg2pdf.dll

My "APIClients section" in my maker.ini seems to be OK and I have 16 GB RAM (running FrameMaker 2017 on Windows 7).

Any ideas what could be wrong?

I am having this same problem with FM 2015. Has anyone else seen this?
