Question

Cannot install FrameMaker due to Internet Explorer compatibility issues

Hi, we cannot install FrameMaker 16 (2020) to a Windows 10 computer. We have had the same issues before. This time the given instructions on  helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html do not help. Do you have another idea, how we can solve this strange problem?

Think your problem may be related to this article - https://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/deprecated-internet-explorer-10-with-ims.html - issue is at Adobe's end.
