I'm trying to uninstall TCS5 (which I have a monthly cloud license for), and I keep getting an error message saying that it will not do it. I'm using the Windows Programs and Features section of the Control Panel.

You need to ensure that the application is deactivated before uninstalling.

Once done you can delete the folders from the C: drive

Did you first de-activate (i.e. log out from the Help > Sign Out option) in FM so that the license can be used on another machine?

You’re a local admin user? Using the Remove Programs part of the Control Panel?

I kept getting an error message when I did that.

I used the Adobe CC cleanup tool, but all that did was remove TCS5 from the Remove Programs panel; the programs are still there.

And what happens if you go into Explorer and delete the folders & then use a clean up utility like Revouninstaller?
