Cant Cancel my trial subscription

Can someone help me or share their experience on how to solve this issue? I’m trying to cancel my subscription but it won’t let me. Has anyone encountered this before or knows what I should do?

      Various people are likely scratching their heads, because FM trial subscriptions are no-charge & self-cancelling (if not upgraded to paid).
