Changing Master Page size changes all Master pages

I would like to create a tabloid-sized (11 by 17) master page. This page will be used to create a tabloid-sized body page that will foldout from a standard 8-1/2 by 11 page-size book.

However, when I add a new master page, and then change the page size to tabloid, all master pages are changed to tabloid size. Is there a way to create a master page that is a different page size from the others?

Art; Arnis: thanks for the information. I will manage this page size thing with the book file.

    Toby,

FM only permits one page size per file. As Art recommends, use the
book file to manage and include a Tabloid sized page in your FM
    documents.

I think the easiest way to solve your problem, to include different page sizes in the same book/document, is with a separate file for the tab-size page(s).

You can pretty easily set it up to look and feel like part of the chapter to which it belongs with the book numbering properties. But in the book file itself, it would be a discrete file that's part of a multi-file chapter.

Another option would be to manually insert two disconnected 8.5x11 pages to create a two-page 11x17 spread....
