Chapter IDs in TOC FM2019

The chapters in our manuals have alphanumerical, non-sequencial ID codes. The ID uses a different paragraph style to the chapter title (they have different formatting).

Is there a way to show these in the Table of Content, e.g.

A103-56 Process Management...........p. 17

S87-03   Change Control....................p. 22

Does the ID code come before the chapter title in each chapter? If so, include both pargraphs in your TOC and make the ID paragraph in the TOC a run-in paragraph. See the pagination properties in the Paragraph Designer.

The ID code appears after the chapter title. I tried your suggestions, but the ID code appears on the second line

I got around that by swapping the order of the text frames so the ID is entered first, through it appears second on the page.

    Thanks for the suggestion.
