Checkmark in paragraph catalog
About the paragraph catalog, what is the "check" symbol in grey (see blue lines) ? Why have I several check symbols in grey ? Because these paragraph tags (in grey) are not used in the document.

Salut Pierre:
Here is my interpretation of the checkmarks: they indicate styles that are currently in use, and styles that will be used as soon as you use that particular feature.
The default pre-checked styles are as follows:
Body is automatically assigned to any new text in a new default document, CellBody, CellHeading and TableTitle are automatically assigned when you add a default new table, and Footnote and TableFootnote are assigned as soon as you add a footnote or table footnote.
I'm pretty sure I came up with this on my own when the checkmarks were introduced. I don't recall I've ever seen this written down, so I could be incorrect. But this theory has held up over time, and that's how I teach it.
FWIW, the reference page tables are not using those table styles. They're using a variation called Mapping Table Cell that is not stored in the Paragraph Catalog.
