Chm text too small on laptop

The chm text is too small on my new Win 11 laptop with a high resolution screen. Settings are:

Scale 150% (Recommended)
Resolution 1920 x 1080 (Recommended)

A newly generated chm file has very small text. Here you can see the same text published in two different target formats, the left side text is the chm file, the right side is responsive html 5.

The html5 text size is perfect. Can I get the same size chm text?

Is this a general chm problem, or is it something I can do?
