Question

Clickable Graphic?

I'm using FM 8.0p277, Unstructured, in Windows XP.

I have placed a graphic in an anchored frame in a table. When a user clicks the graphic, I would like a web page to launch. How can I make this happen in FM?

I selected the graphic, then Special > Hypertext > Go to URL and entered the URL address. But when I clicked "New Hypertext Marker," I got an error message that said, "No Insertion Point."

OK, I get that... there IS no insertion point; I selected a graphic. But it doesn't work if I click at the point where I placed the anchored frame.

I know you smart Framers know how to do this... can you give me some direction? I hope I don't have to do this in Acrobat after I PDF the FM file.

Thanks,
Karen

Never mind! I figured it out :) I have to place an invisible text frame on top of the graphic.

    I'm learning!
