Is there an ascii code in FrameMaker for a clockwise and counter-clockwise arrow?

    ASCII never had such characters, nor did FM's internal character set.

    If you have a font that populates these code points, such as Segoe UI Symbol, Unicode defines:
    [⟲] U+27F2 ANTICLOCKWISE GAPPED CIRCLE ARROW
    [⟳] U+27F3 CLOCKWISE GAPPED CIRCLE ARROW
