Is there a good, easy way to compile all linked graphics in Frammaker 11 so I can send a book out for translation?

Thanks for the help! I used the Extendscript Book Packager that Arnis linked to, and it worked perfectly. Our books aren't very complicated but they can be large and graphic heavy, and some of our illustrator graphics have callouts that need translated. I was dreading going through and finding all the linked graphics manually.

I had thought that FM11 & 12 had an optional Archive feature you could install to do this.

In addition to the 3rd party stuff, you can also write your own code to process MIFs. I've done it for FM7, but you wouldn't want it, as it's csh & sed scripts for Unix (and doesn't cover all corner cases like imports within text insets).

You can try using the Extendscript Book packager available from this blog article: Create a Book Packager using Extendscript « TechComm Central by Adobe

One alternative is to check with Rick Quatro (About) if he has a supported version available for purchase.

FM12 has a Book Packager plug-in built in.
