Conditionnal texts in Framemaker

Hello,

 

Somes users of my company are encountering a curious bug in Conditionnal Texts.

 

All conditionnal texts were working perfectly in FM2017, but now they won't works properly in 2019. We can show up them but can set them as we want, and if we want to create some news, we can't manage them too.

 

Can someone help us ?

I apologize for responding in terms of the English user interface.

 

The Conditional Tags pod does not have a column for color. Notice, though, that the tag is shown in the selected color. To change the color, click on the edit icon (the second from the left at the top), which looks like a pen. The resulting Edit Conditional Tag dialog box allows you to select a color. (The related Add Conditional Tag dialog box which you bring up with the leftmost icon, allows you to assign a color when you create a new condition tag.)

The Condition pod doesn't have a column for color, but if I read the screenshots correctly, the OP's problem  is that they there are no colors listed when using the Color drop-down list in the New/Edit dialog. There is nothing to select.

Are you running the latest patch of FM2019? What is the problem - can you give us screen shots so that we can understand what you're experiencing?

Hello,

 

The actual version using is : 15.0.1.430

 

I give you screenshot attached below. You can see that we can't choose any options on conditionnal texts, like colours. That's empty.

 

We don't have this problem on another computer with FM2017.

 

We tried to create a new document with no templates and have the same issues, on two differents computers.

 

We tried to launch it in structural or standard mode, same issue.
