Context-sensitive Help from FM12 for C# programmers

I notice CSH information for developers with several programming languages here.

I do not notice a C# example on that page.

A link at the bottom of that page points to .Net examples, including C#.

What about a programmer who uses C# without .Net?  Is that possible? If so, does that programmer use the .Net information?
