Convert Text to Table

Our IT department has just installed FM9.0p237 on a new machine running vista. I can't find the Convert to Table command under the Table drop down! Help for FM9 shows that you convert text to a table in the same way as in FM8. I really need this function. I have asked for a reinstall but they tend to move at glaical speeds! Has anyone else come across this problem or have a solution? I am building unstructured documents.

    View > Menus > Complete. Somehow the Quick menu option is in effect, or perhaps there's a custom menu configuration file active, instead of the standard FM default.
