The illustration for "Add a group" shows File 2, File 3, and File 4 arranged in a hierarchy within a book, but the section "Add Files to a Book" does not explain how they can be set in a hierarchy, and the user interface doesn't have any obvious controls for this. Can it be done?

AJ,

The controls for files in a group are the same as for the files in a book. You highlight the file and then click on the arrows at the top of the book tab or simply drag the file to the desired location.

Thanks. I was referring to an illustration at http://help.adobe.com/en_US/framemaker/using/WSd817046a44e105e21e63e3d11ab7f7561e-7fff.html (under the heading "Add a Group").

In this illustration, Files 1, 2, 3, and 4 are shown as belonging to a book, but not to a group. File 3 is nested under File 2, and File 4 is nested under File 3.

The illustration also shows files in a Group (Files 5 and 6), but those are not the ones I meant.
