Customize FrameMaker DITA Templates

I was able to follow video instructions, and create a custom template for a DITA Concept.
So that when I open a new DITA concept file, it opens with the custom template.

(copied DITA 1.3 XML Application from master xml list and
pasted it in user Struc Apps:

Structure>Application Definition>Edit Application Definitions
'structapps.fm'

Changed template path in 'structapps.fm'
so that it goes to where my custom template is,
when loading a new Concept file.
'concept.template.fm' )

Issue is:
I need more than 1 custom concept template, let's say 2 custom templates.

The structapps.fm file being used with Concept sets the path for just 1 custom template.

Is it possible to make more than 1 custom template for a Concept document?

Or do you had to add all your customized options in that 1 custom template so that you have all your styling done to use with many Concept docs?

OR: when you have many templates you want to use for a particular DITA topic, like Concept, do you do this:

make multiple custom templates for Concept, then manually change the template path in 'structapps.fm', for each one, depending on which one you want to use?
