Customizing Webhelp Output in FM12

Hi All,

I've been using DITA OT to create online help up until now. Now I would lie to try the WebHelp that FM12 enables me to produce from a DITA map (I mean the one that is available through File > Publish menu). So my initial questions are:

1. How can I customize the output (layout, formatting, colors, etc.)

2. How can I produce a context-sensitive help with the FM WebHelp?
