data loss in Frame 11 (recently upgraded from Frame 7)

Hello,

I have a regular problem since I've worked on Frame 11 (I don't know if it is a coincidence of what...)

Sometimes I open a document I worked on earlier and some modifications I have made are no longer there.

I don't have any error for this.

(the only "error" I have is when I open the file and I'm being told the file has been opened by someone else - which is not true - but most of the time I don't have any error at all. It seems as if the "Save command" does not work sometimes (but I am not aware of it).

I was wondering if anyone has already had this kind of problem before .

I really don't know what happens. Thanks in advance for your feedback on it.

    Do you have any sort of source control system? Have you enabled the lock files setting in Preferences? What sort of network o/s are you running? Do you have the auto-save turned on?

    Thanks for your help.

    My colleague sent to me answers  :

    1) We don' t use any source control system.

    2) Our network is a standard

    3) auto-saved was turned-on.

    4) The lock file setting in Preferences is actived.

    We test with use in local computer not via a server. We think,problem could come from  our file server. Our test will tell us.
