Diff plugin to compare Frame files in SVN

That might not be such a good route to go. SVN isn't for comparing binaries and with FM's MIF there will be lots of differences due to internal timestamps and FM's automatically generated internal IDs. You might want to search through the Frameusers Archive to see some further discussions on this topic (along with using other source code repositories).
