DITA Book Template

Hi, I have a ditamap and want to save it as an FM book with components (FM 2017 and 2019). Which template is used for the components? Thank you very much.

Hi,

Publishing ditamap into FM book with components uses a different template for various components like
bookTitleTpl.fm for Book Title 

ChapterOutputTpl.fm for Chapters

SectionoutputTpl.fm for Sections

 

You can get default template files from : $FmHome\fminit\Publisher\Template\Document\outputs\DitaTemplate .

Thank you Amitoj. But which one of the templates in STRUCTDIR is used for the book components in 2017?

Hi Framexpert

 

In FM2017 you would have to rely on templates in Structdir folder however in FM2019 those are aprt of sts file
