DITA Open Toolkit 2.3: Language support for PDF transformations

Hi there,

Frame 2015 comes with DITA Open Toolkit 2.1. I would like to use OT 2.3 because it supports additional languages for PDF transformations. I know how to modify 'ditafm.ini' to make Frame use another OT. But I don't know if Frame would work with OT 2.3 or newer. Has anybody tried this?
