DITA XML generated book randomly drops document table and figure titles from elements.

ALL of my table and figure elements in the DITA XML documents include <title>Title Name</title> elements. On conversion, random titles are blank. Once in a while, after complete shutdown and reboot, All of the titles get included but it is not consistent. Subsequent conversions will randomly miss table titles and never the same ones.

    Hi Bruce,

    I do not use DITA and can only hope that some of the DITA experts here will comment.

    Your issue is very strange. Do you have the latest update?

    Is there anything special in your DITA setup? Did you change anything?

    Do others in your office have the same issue?
