Does FrameMaker provide out-of-the-box direction support for DITA topics?

I found this sentence(FrameMaker provides out-of-the-box direction support for DITA topics (topic, task, concept, and reference).) in the Framemaker 2019 help

But it is not working properly. Does anybody know this problem?

Do you want to change the direction of your DITA text to RTL?

Did you follow the instructions in the online help? What did you do and what does not help?

Are there any infos in the video?

I do not work with DITA or RTL languages. Therefore I cannot help.

Is there anyone who had tested this?
