Download a copy of FrameMaker 8

I have an original installation pack of FrameMaker8 but my new PC has no disc reader.

Is it possible to down-load an installation file and use my existing key?

I am now a pensioner and cannot afford a subscription version.

Depending on what o/s your new PC is running, it might be problematic getting such an old version of FM to run. Plus, you'll be sure to run into the licensing server issue - see https://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/deprecated-internet-explorer-10-with-ims.html
