Editing a Footer

The help says I must edit in the Master Document.... which one is that?  I have a problem with a book file.  the front page is right, the TOC is incorrect and one of the sections is incorrect.  Also when I try to Save As PDF one of the sections Framemaker crashes.  Framemaker 10!

Master Page?

Check what Master Page name is reported at bottom left of edit window.
