Embed elements automatically in structured Framemaker

Is there an easy way to automatically embed elements in structured FrameMaker?

We are talking about lots of tables and lots of table cells.

This is what it looks like:

And this is what it should look like:

Is there an easy way to embed the BodyText-Tag in thousands of entry-Tags? Search & Replace?
