Error is popping when I try to download FrameMaker

A account which is a enterprise edition can't able to download FrameMaker from account.adobe.com. It is showing error message. Screenshot is attached. It is a company account. License is available.

    If changing browsers doesn't seem to have any impact, I suggest pinging the FM folks - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
