Error when opening FM9 - "cannot initialize its dictionaries"

Question

I just reinstalled FrameMaker 9 via the TCS 2 installation logged on as Administrator (with several days of Adobe Tech Support). I am on a Dell Latitude 630 Laptop running Windows 7 32-bit.

The original problem with the TCS 2's RoboHelp has now been resolved. But now I get this error dialog when I try to open FrameMaker 9:

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? FM will NOT open when I click OK in this dialog. I appreciate any and all help you guys can give me.

Marlo, I hate to even write this after you've mentioned your days of tech support already .... but the two references I've found to the dictionary initialization error both mention reinstalling seemed to cure the problem. <sigh>

As per the second post in the above message, are your paths to the dictionaries correct? Did you install FM in the default location or did you change locations?

Also, have you updated your FM9 to the latest version? (9.0.3, aka "p250") -- I hope that's the correct latest version number for TCS installs as well <looking around> if not somebody 'round here please post a correction.
