It's been a while! I hope you're doing well. I think Jeff has given you the best answer, but alternatives include the very fussy option using the publish pod (which is way too many steps, and you have to remember to reset it):

Or, just re-export the whole chapter and then use the page Extract command in Acrobat Standard or Pro to extract and save a single page and then discard the rest.
