Export document to pdf

Hello,

I use a Adobe Framemaker 12. When I export a document from a framemaker to pdf during export it was to reduce the resolution Windows.

Resolution windows will return to restart the computer.

Where can I find help?

You're saying that your Windows screen resolution changes when you create a PDF in FM12? Sorry, never heard of that one. How are you creating the PDF? Print to the AdobePDF printer instance or Save As PDF? What operating system are you running? Is it completely up to date?
