Facing an issue in FrameMaker

Hi,
I am facing an issue in FrameMaker. Actually, I have an automation flow in which I am opening a book file and reading all the markers from it using frameScript.
Everything is working fine but sometimes I faced an error in FrameMaker about the reconfiguration of printer please find the screenshot.
Error: Can't find a compatible default printer. Try reconfiguring your printer setup in the control panel.

I don't understand why FrameMaker is concerned about the printer. And when this error comes I have to manually close everything and re-start the Automation flow.
This error is very unexpected sometimes it comes and sometimes not. We don't understand why it is coming.
