Fail to Install a trial of Adobe FM 2019 release

Hi,

I got a trial of Adobe FM 2019 release but failed to install it.

I got a license for Adobe FM 2015 release. i don't know whether because the mismatch between the license version and FM software version.

my OS is windows 7.

Does anybody meet such a question?

    The usual reasons the FM fails are rights on the computer (you should be a local admin) and too-low a version of the .NET framework. Your existing FM2015 install shouldn't have anything to do with it. Contact tcssup@adobe.com for help if you continue to have a problem installing it.
