Failed to load configuration file: BootstrapperConfig.xml

Hi

Under installation of Framemaker version 9 I get following error "Failed to load configuration file: BootstrapperConfig.xml

I can find other on internet forums that have the same problem on Vista, but no answers. this is on "Citrix: XenApp 5.0 HRP04, x64" and" Citrix: XenApp 5.0 HRP04, x64". I do not have the problem when installing on windows XP. The BootstrapperConfig.xml file is there and looks the same as on XP. I am logged on with administrator rights

Have anyone a solution or any idears??

Christian,

I had the same issue. It probably means that you had FrameMaker 9 earlier on your machine and it is not uninstalled properly.

Try using a program to uninstall FrameMaker completely - such as Revo Uninstaller - and then try again.
