We are getting the below error. Could you please let us know how to fix this.

Faulting application FrameMaker.exe, version 8.0.0.0, faulting module fsl5_80.dll, version 5.2.1.0, fault address 0x00114d06.

Thank you for the quick reply.

From your message, I'd start by updating your Fm 8 to the latest patch, and disabling the FrameScript DLL. - Which means our Frame maker 8 is updated with latest patch and it disabled the FrameScript DLL correct?

Actually we are working with Windows 2003 R2 version ..Right now we are planning to upgrade the OS and the FM but before that we have to complete one development. Could you please explain more.

I'd be highly doubtful that FM8 was intended to run on a Win 2003 server without violating the license agreement. If this was working for you before, what's changed? Is it throwing this Windows error with all docs or just one? What were you doing when it occurred?

From your message, I'd start by updating your Fm 8 to the latest patch, and disabling the FrameScript DLL.

However, you're working with an application that released in 2007, so using it with a modern OS is likely going to be a challenge.
