Can I use FDK 8 or 9 to integrate in VC++ 6.0?

I have some C++ Dlls those are integrating FDK 6.0 API. Now I want to shift to FDK8 or 9, Can anyone please guide me for this?Do I face any Issues if I use vc++ 6.0 with FDK 8 or 9?

Will FDK 8 or 9 compatible with Frame maker 10?

Amit,

A week or so ago, you asked a similar question and I directed you to some info about using VC++6.0 with later versions of the FDK. Have you tried it, but had trouble?

Thanks Russ

I tried previous solution for FDK 10 and FM 10, getting compilation errors in VS 2005 for dll code that uses FDK. So now I want to check that whether FDK 8 or 9 can work with VS 6.0 and Frame maker 10?

If it works then we dont have to shift to .Net and only work is to do FDK 8 or 9 and FM 10 migration. Keeping our old code as it is.

Amit,

I am far from the expert on compilation issues, but it might help if you post some samples of the errors you are seeing. Also, if we can't solve this problem here, consider posting to the Yahoo frame_dev forum at:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Frame_dev

There are developers on that list that have much more general development expertise than I do.
