FileSplitter just hangs up

Hello

Please advise on the following ...

I am using File>Utilities> FileSplitter to breakdown a document into separate documents based on their Headers. However, when I click the Analyse Document button, it just hangs and creates a file called "xxxxCopyFile.fm".

Hi,

Do you have any hidden conditions?

This is something which I had noticed some time back.

The only work-around which I know is to delete the hidden condition.

Is the issue in the Adobe Tracker the same as yours?

If yes, you can also upvote the issue, so that Adobe gets this fixed.
