Final PDF along with bookmarks creation

Hi mam,

 

I have created and  took output as pdf from FM file.. but the pdf not generating the bookmarks properly...how and where to do proper settings for generating the PDF file along with bookmarks which is extracting headings from fm file.

 

Is there any session covered for this!

      Try Format > Document > PDF Setup

        @frameexpert , @Barb Binder  Tried through the above mentioned way...but it coming as like before... hierarchy is changing as mentioned in the video... kindly guide me whether this below set up is correct or not.

        Remind us what version of FM you're using please? And what method you're using to create the PDF out of FM?

        Current version is 16.0.4...

         

        The pdf generating method attached over here...kindly support anyone what was happened wrongful!!

        Ok, so FM2020 & using the Publish method. I think you may be behind on patches for that version, but I'm not 100% sure what the last point version was. Have you tried doing Print to PDF or Save As PDF? Is there any differences in the output created another way.
        ps - videos aren't very effective at seeing what's the issue and what settings you are using - try just doing screenshots and put them in your posting by using the picture icon.
