fix for crashing book file?

I have a Frame book that keeps crashing when I try to PDF it.  I'm using Frame 8 with the full version of Acrobat properly installed.  Other books in the same folder I'm using are PDF'ing just fine.  I tried rebooting my machine, and that didn't work.  It's also not producing recovery files.

How can I fix this?

I have attached a copy of the error message I'm getting and the log file.

Thanks!

The fact that others are working & this one isn't would lead you to believe that something's damaged in this book. You could try to PDF the individual .fm files to see if any of them are the cause. The other thing I would try would be opening all the files (use Shift-Open on the Files menu) & update the book. If you don't have all the files open, FM does a silent open & won't report all the types of issues that it finds. A third thing would be to export the whole thing to MIF and then bring it back into FM - that sometimes cleans up "bad" docs.

It's quite possibly something in one of the files or your PDF Setup settings. Which version of FM8 are you using. The last was 8.0p277.

In your PDF Setup, make certain that you do not have Tagged PDFs enabled and that you have Create Named Destinations for All Paragraphs enabled.

Also, open all of your files in the Book before creating the PDF - hlding down the Shift key, click File > Open All Files.
